I am Raice George, an entrepreneur and systems-thinker based in Kerala. At the age of 19, I began my career as a merchant navy sailor. Over the years, my work took me across the globe, allowing me to collaborate with professionals of various nationalities and navigate highly demanding environments.

I later transitioned into the oil and gas and offshore industries. These high-stakes sectors instilled in me a deep sense of operational discipline, precision, and resilience — core principles that I now apply to building and scaling businesses.
